Excellent service, kept me up to date

I had initially sent a request through to make my order COD which was granted, but was told the item was out of stock currently. These three agents contacted me regularly without me having to ask them for an update (as someone who has worked in customer service, doing that isn't the easiest thing especially if you are busy), and in no time I received my purchase. Even if I had to wait longer I am sure I would have been happy as throughout the process I was kept up to date with how things were progressing instead of being left hanging. Excellent service from TAKEALOT as always.
