Excellent service in delivery and return

<p>I ordered 2 frames from Takealot.com and I was extremely impressed with their accurate and quick feedback and delivery system (delivered in 2 days).</p> <p><br />When I received the frames, I realized that they were plastic and not glass as I required. (it didn't stipulate either on the product description but if I knew the name of the frame, I would have known) I logged a return immediately online and was so impressed with the online logging, and the very next day the item was collected from me for a refund and I have had consistent feedback ever since.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks TakeAlot!!!! :)</p>
