Excellent Service in challenging times - Takealot.com

I recently ordered a battery charger through takealot.com. This was such an easy painless exercise with all the red tape we have to deal with in the "new normal" I searched on the app on my phone, got the item, put it in my cart - paid and a few minutes later received a confirmation of my order. It only took a few minutes to get the next confirmation that the item was processed and ready to send - would get it in the next 2 days - the following day I received notification that I could go and pick it up - I went to the warehouse - they scanned my phone and gave me the parcel - in and out in less than 3 minutes - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
