Excellent service from the Takealot / Mr D courier

My parcel arrived quite late on a Friday, as I only placed the order the night before. Delivery was meant to be around 18h00, but the parcel was received after that. Upon arrival the Takealot Courier called me and I walked out to the road to meet up with him, I was a bit worried as it was dark already, BUT he made me feel so comfortable and very safe. I was so pleasantly surprised by his gentle nature and calm demeanor. He apologized for the late delivery in a very professional manner. He initiated a short conversation about my neighborhood, after which he departed, as he had a few other deliveries to make.

His beautiful nature was a breath of fresh air, and he is a wonderful representative for Take A Lot as well as Mr D.
