Excellent service from Takealot.com

Last Friday afternoon I ordered a Philips Air Fryer. There was not one available in Cape Town and I would have to wait a week or so to receive it from Johannesburg. I went ahead anyway and ordered it. When I looked at the website on the Monday morning, I then discovered that there was one Air Fryer available from the Cape Town branch and it was R200 cheaper. I phoned Takealot and spoke to a very helpful consultant named Josh. I explained to him what I had discovered and without any hesitation he spoke to his Leader, cancelled the Friday order, reinstituted the order from the Cape Town branch and gave me R200 discount! This was all done online in a matter of minutes. I received my order 2 days later. I was so impressed with such excellent service. Thank you to all concerned at Takealot. :)
