Excellent Service from Takealot

I recently had to return two items purchased on takealot. One for refund , and one for replacement. Within a few hours of my call, the paperwork was processed and the replacement item was dispatched. The service from their customer care department was excellent. They had rep**** in no time and kept me informed until my credit for the item not replaced was completed.
