I purchase products from Takealot on a regular basis. Their services are absolutely great. From ordering until delivery takes 2 - 3 days. Their communication via email and SMS is quick and sufficient. I can track my product delivery all the time, online and I also receive an SMS the morning of the day the product will be delivered. I had to exchange a product in December 2020, I logged it online, the product was collected the next day and exchanged the following day thereafter. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Takealot is a great company and it is only a pleasure to buy products from them.
