Excellent service

In March I bought a new kettle from Takealot. On Wednesday night I found it was leaking. I went online to Takealot and requested a replacement. The kettle was collected first thing the next morning. And the following day they confirmed they had tested the kettle and found it defective and were sending me a replacement. Today, Saturday they have advised that my new kettle is arriving on Monday. Wonderful service! I'm pretty sure if tomorrow wasn't Sunday I'd be getting my replacement tomorrow. Well done Takealot. I remain a very happy customer.
