Excellent service but a couple of notes...

Still the best online purchasing source for any and all household products...

However, My last 2 orders have had very long delivery times (>1 month) with no explanation of why or which product is holding the others up? If I need one product quickly I am willing to cancel other products to speed up the delivery time, as 1 month or more is too long. I might as well just go pick it up from the shops at the end of the week.

Also, I don't like the fact that I cannot edit, or update my product review. I have had 2 products that I have reviewed and 2 months later (both still in warranty) the product has failed. Only now I cannot say so in the review. Please think about making reviews able to be updated/edited at a later stage.
