Excellent service at Cape Town warehouse

I went to Makro to buy a TV that was on sale but when I got there it was out of stock. I then saw on the TakeAlot app that the same TV was on sale at TakeAlot for the same amount. The only difference was that I knew that I had to wait a day or two for collection/delivery.

When I got to TakeAlot, I spoke to Dorian Petersen, one of the customer services representatives and she informed me that if Im willing to wait, I can order the item and she will speed up the process and make sure that I leave with my item the same day.

This was brilliant news! I placed the order and gave her the order number. She processed the order and went to the warehouse to inform them that I am waiting for the item. After 20minutes, I received the TV and left.

Super service! Very impressed with the positive attitude and good service I received from TakeAlot, all thanks to Dorian!
