Excellent service

I wrote a negative review last week on Takealot when I couldn't get service from them. Today, the 28th of Sept 2022, I am so happy to say a gentleman by the name of Brandon finally assisted me and my return was picked up from my home after 2weeks of struggling. It is sad to point out that a black guy Siyabonga failed to help me for 2week, but it took a white guy Brandon only a day to help. Mind you, l am a black lady. Black people need to wake up and smell the coffee and take their jobs serious. Lastly, thank you so much Customer service at Takealot (Brandon)
