Excellent Service

Ordered and paid for a vacuum cleaner from competitors on 15 May 2020. Received notification that the item is not available on 22 May 2020. Placed an order for the same item with takealot.com on 22 May 2020 and received it on 24 May 2020. It took 2 days (with delivery on a Sunday) whereas it took 7 days for the competitor to realize they do not have the item in stock.

The person doing the delivery observed COVID-19 protocols and was friendly and knowledgeable.
