Excellent Service

I called into the Call centre and got thought to Genevieve Vanacare. <br> <br> My call was based on finding out about unit numbers as I wanted to make a purchase on the site but it does not display the number of units available. I was explained by the agent that due to her not working in that department she cannot advise on the actual number of units they have left but assured me that she would get me an answer. Having dealt with customer agents of other companies in the past I assumed that it would take ages to get this answer. I was presently surprised when i received my mail indicating the unit number within a few hours of the call and this was on a Sunday. <br> <br> I would just like to thank Genevieve Vanacare once again for her efficient service which will definitely make me want to make use of [URL Removed] in the future.
