Placed an order for an item paid and indicated that I would collect, however after seeing the items time line for delivery to their designated pick-up point, did not work in with my planned trip to Cape Town, late Sunday evening made a request to have the item changed from from collection to be delivered to my home as we are live in the Northern Cape, they responded immediately, logged into my emails early this morning they had accommodated my request, super quick response. in the years that I have used TAKEALOT, only received excellent service
