Excellent Service
I bought an external hard drive from Takealot last year November. It worked perfectly until it decided to crash.<br> I logged an online return. Within a day Mr Delivery organised to pick the package up (from my home). Pick up was done within another day. Takealot kept me updated with the tracking of the parcel. A week and half later and they have delivered my replacement Hard Drive. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I will always recommend their service. Way better than any of our local retail stores.
