Excellent Service

Takealot offered me the greatest customer service I've had in a while. I ordered my 20L microwave and it was delivered to my house within 2 days. I wasn't happy with the size after opening the box. I logged a return with option to get a credit so I can buy a 40L instead. They collected the item from my house and I have received feedback from their returns department within a day that they will credit my account, which I can use for future purchases. I'm really impressed by this quick service and constant updates
