Excellent Service

Ordered a dvd online from Takealot at around 18:00 on Wednesday evening 24 June and got notification e-mail that the payment had been received at around 18:20. The article I had ordered arrived at my door at 10:30 today, Thursday 25 June. Obviously the item I ordered must have been one that they had in stock but receiving it so quickly really surprised me. <br> <br> A further surprise was that I was expecting to have to go collect it from the Post Office and not have the item delivered to my door. Although Takealot did advertise that delivery for the month of June was going to be free. I however took this to mean \free to the Post Office"and not to my home. <br> <br> So a huge thumbs up to Takealot and their staff for this prompt and efficient service of theirs. Now to go sit down and watch the 400 odd minutes of footage from the dvd I ordered and received. <br> <br> Thanks again from a very satisfied customer."""
