Excellent service

<p>I bought a Diamond Redmi 2 pro phone from them 7 months ago. I installed developer software on the phone and the phone bricked after the next automatic update. On the site it says it will be resolved within about 8 working days. I asked them not to replace as I only needed the software reinstalled. It took 3 weeks to be resolved but I saw afterwards if it's past 6 months it can take up to 21 working days. Anyway; they replaced the phone for a new one. Thanx Takealot and Xiaomi for the great service. I will always recommend Xiaomi and Takealot. They even collected and returned it at no cost!</p>
