Excellent return process

Iam impressed by takealot refund and returns process .very effective. They are swift to collect and refund and when you call customer service they answer calls swiftly. I however gave 4 stars cause recently lot of their staff is lacks quality. Iwish they can correct that sell genuine quality and not misleading pictures when advertise
