Excellent efficient service at Takealot, Milnerton

Super-efficient service! Absolutely well done to the person who created the system for Takealot, Milnerton. I placed my order to collect, couldn't get my payment done online and a very efficient, friendly staff member helped me sort it out chop-chop. Although my email said it would take 2 weeks for my order to arrive, to my pleasant surprise, I got an email about a week later that it's ready for collection. I actually took a book with, thinking I'd wait a while. When I got to the offices I logged in at one of the cubicles online with my order number - takes about a minute. Then proceeded to collect my order - I waited probably 5 minutes at the most. Staff present themselves professionally, efficient and friendly and service is absolutely tops! Hats off to you guys.
