excellent customer service from Shelton W

I placed an order for Items I required for a function on the 25th of November. When I made payment delivery was confirmed for 24th November. However I received a SMS this morning saying delivery is scheduled for the 27th November. I contacted the call centre at 8:39 and spoke to a lady by the name of Sasha. She would call me back and send an e-mail which was not done. At 9:39 I called again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shelton W. He went out of his way. Calling the depot in Parow to finding out what was going on with my delivery etc. He kept me in the loop with e-mails. At 12:15 my parcels was delivered. He was professional and helpful. GREAT job.
