Excellent customer service and delivery.

I bought from Takealot for the first time on 29th August 2022 and couldn't be happier with their service. The app is very user friendly. I chose to collect at a pickup point and received an sms the day after placing my order... One item was out of stock and I got a refund later on the same day that I requested it, despite the app saying that it could take up to 5 working days. I'll definitely be doing more shopping with Takealot in the future.
