Excellent customer service

I was assisted by an energetic positive young lady called Nikita Keyser at Takealot on ticket number #*** and she not only gave me the best service, but her positive attitude was probably what drives me to write a review. I ordered gifts before Christmas and the payment failed to go through resulting in the loss of a day. When I realised this I contacted their call centre and was assisted by this amazing lady who told me to have faith in their system and that she would keep an eye on my order and track it. Needless to say my gifts arrived one day before Christmas which is an amazing feat on it's own. I was about to cancel this order and because of her I decided to wait and see if it would be delivered.
