Excellent customer service

I commend you for the excellent customer service and efficient respond, I purchased perfumes one of them with a problem , Monday the 14 November i logged the exchange request for my perfume. Wednesday the 16 November the issue was resolved. I also did not think it would be this easy to request exchange.
