<br> I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Chiron Bosman for the very professional way she dealt with my complaint (***) on the 5th February. I've been a Takealot client for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the service, however when I logged a call for a return on the 31st January it seemed like everything was going wrong. I needed my replacement to be sent to me before going on holiday 7th February. After a number of calls the entire week and lots of frustrations about collections and delivery I eventually spoke to Chiron and immediately sanity prevailed. All my issues were dealt with immediately and professionally. Chiron gave more than a 100% ensuring that I was kept up to date even though she was not working on Saturday and Sunday (6th and 7th February), I constantly received calls from her colleagues updating me on the status of my delivery.
