Excellent Customer Service

It is so rare these days that we can be positive about anything but Takealot has restored my faith in customer service. I had purchased a TV Box from Takealot several months ago but it stopped working so I advised them and they sent someone to collect it within 24 hours. They didn't have the same item in stock so credited my Takealot account with the money. At 10:20 on Wednesday 17th April 2019 I placed an order for a new TV Box. It was delivered at 09:55 today, 18th April 2019, not even 24 hours after placing the order. I am really, REALLY impressed with their level of service and just want to say thank you.
