Excellent Customer Service

Today I experienced the true meaning of customer service after a pre-order parcel was not received (It happened to be my sons' bdsy gift which we were planning on giving him the next day. I spoke to Melissia Roux a takealot call centre operator - during the course of the day, she with the support of Ziphokaze Dana kept me updated throughout the day and I received my parcel just after 15:00. I feel such gratitude towards these ladies and especially Melissia. You, my dear, are awesome!!!!!!
