The new 'marriage' between [URL Removed] and Kalahari was an intelligent and efficient choice for the business. The service is first class with friendly people to assist at all 'check points' and are constantly updating their online platform with your order or returns information - which is more useful then having to answer a call for an update.<br> <br> My purchase was delivered within a 16 hour period and well packaged. Unfortunately, the machine was broken (error from Samsung I'm sure as the machine would not open) - and Takealot responded to my return question immediately and had a new machine couriered to me within the next 24 hours. <br> <br> In South Africa where the service has degrading horribly, thank you Takealot for your professionalism and quick updates - it is appreciated.<br> <br> Thank you
