I would just like to let you know that your customer service is amazing!! I ordered a few things and you immediately let me know that 1 of my items are not available and you will credit my online profile. I emailed you to find out if you can rather reverse my payment on my credit card. I received a very quick email response from Farzaanah Facolyn, who informed me that it will be done. Your system was down, but I was kept up to date every step of the process. Today I got a follow up email stating that my payment was processed. Well done on amazing customer service!!
