Oh my.... I am sorry to see mostly horrific reviews about Takealot.com and my heart goes out for the people!!!

Was a regular customer back in 2018 and had great customer service then, truly. Like what had happened takealot??? :(

The 1 and only hiccup i had with them on my 1st order was that one of the purchased product was falsely advertised but the error was swiftly corrected within 4days. They kept in contact telephonically throughout, came and collected the wrong item the day after delivery then delivered back within that same week . From then i trusted them & stayed loyal and no error was ever made again.
