Excellent and outstanding customer satisfaction

I had placed an order with Takealot a month ago for an LG G3 phone which came with a contract.At the time of the order being placed it said in stock. 1 week later and i had not received the phone and checked with the call centre. They said it was on order with supplier. 3 weeks later and i noticed the order had being cancelled and i was refunded.But it still left me without a phone. I then received an email apologising and being given the option for another LG G3 on the website for the original purchase price. At first i did not believe it and to my surprise when i received the exact phone i had originally wanted in my hands a week later. Its the customer surface like this that would keep me loyal to a company that puts a customers best interest and needs first.And to all those in your call centre that didn't give up to make me happy 2 thumbs up.<br> <br> Thanks Takealot<br> Jason Van Bloemestein
