I ordered a soldering set from Takealot on Saturday March 23 2024. It was delivered on Thursday March 28 - the day before Easter Friday. I tested it the same day and found that is was not working. (This could have happened with any outlet, selling soldering sets.) So, I called Takealot and logged a complaint. They came to collect it on the Tuesday after Easter weekend (the 2nd) - no questions asked - and delivered the new one on Friday 5 May and the new one is working perfectly.
