Excellence in all aspects!

I've ordered numerous items on Takealot recently - deliveries are averaging 2 per week. The deliveries are so timeous, sometimes delivered a day before the stipulated delivery date! <br> <br> On my last order, some items had a lead time of an extra 2 weeks. On 26.05.2015 I emailed and requested if they could split the order and send the items that were in stock, and send the balance later when that arrives. At 9:30PM the same night I get a response they have effected that, but could not say exactly when the order will arrive. <br> <br> To my surprise, it arrived today, 26.05.2015! Needless to say they have obviously undertaken to deliver the balance of items at their cost on a further date. <br> <br> I give [URL Removed] staff high praise for all aspects of their business. Pricing, especially their Daily Deals, are unquestionably the best available. Normal items are still priced extremely keenly. Their top notch service and response to queries, and willingness to go the extra mile just takes them to a level I have not experienced with any retailer. Well done Takelot, and your delivery partner!<br> <br> PS.... I've already taken alot more, which I expect will be delivered before the end of the week :).
