Everyone needs a THANDI!!

It is not often I give compliments but here I just have to. I needed to do a return for a product, Thandi was helpful in all aspects was able to answer every question I threw at her (I think I finally met my match), yet even though so many questions she remained tactful and respectful through out the call. I requested that the item not be delivered but rather that I collect at the Milnerton warehouse, she promised to find out and call me back. Later the day she called giving me info on when I can expect delivery etc, and just like she said I received the item on the day. (smiley face).<br> <br> I called again today for another query on another item, imagine my surprise and joy when I heard it was Thandi on the other side :). Again she dealt with my query with swiftly!.<br> <br> Hey Takealot, is there a chance I can get Thandi's direct number?<br> <br> Thandi well done and keep up your good work, you are the reason I have even more faith in Takealot!!!
