Every time rescheduling my order

This is damn ridicules im waiting for my order since this morning it still hasn't arrived it says my location could not be found thats ******* i placed a order with you guys stating that my order can only arrive after 11 because thats the time i open my shop i have phoned and complained your customer service is so terrible i want my order by tomorrow after 11 for the latest
