Error with order status

Yesterday my order status said that it was shipped. Order status now says not yet shipped when I logged in today. The order number is #*** What is going on? My package is due for delivery on Monday. Tried emailing but the auto response says thats no longer a way to contact you. Please send me an email with a way to communicate. *** is the email address used for this purchase
