Error with collection point sms
I went to collect my parcel for the 2nd time and was told it was not at the collection point . This means going back for a 3rd time. I emailed to complain and was told that it was now ready but it was not. Bad service!

23 Nov 2020, 16:22I have now been to Takealot for the 3rd time and my parcel is still not at the collection point after many emails and promises I was told i must go and collect it at another branch at Tygervalley. I then called Tygervalley and spoke to an arrogant manager who just told me that it will be sent today to my collection point. I ranted a bit about the inconvenience and all he says is "ok" like you stupid coloured woman... we will just tell you what we need to and you must just deal... I will never support this company again. Their arrogance in dealing with clients and their incompetence is shocking. They need to change their attitude or this business will really suffer. Teach your ****** managers in Tygervalley some people skills
