Epic fail by takealot

Unbelievably poor service in every aspect from Takelot. Misleading prices on the site. Queries only answered a week later (after the product has been ordered!). Spoke to half a dozen people, last of whom Euan at the Cape Town office. Seemed like a sweet guy, but didn't have the capacity/ability to assist me. Bought on Black Friday and paid more on that day than any day prior or since! I am extremely unlikely to ever use this site again....and I still haven't received my goods! Takealot SUCKS!!!!!!
