EPIC FAIL

I recently bought a Black & Decker steam mop from you, and whilst the Steam mop is amazing, the plug that is fitted to the appliance does not fit the ‘standard’ circular plug that is on most household adapters as a result of the ‘spring device’ in the plug, so I cannot use it anywhere in my house!!!! I am beyond furious. I am going to have to fit a new plug to use this.
