******* entrance to my property

I was expecting a delivery and a collection today Takealot delivery person **** to me while I was not at home. Told me she was delivering and I allowed her to drop the parcel inside my property. I also asked her to send a picture of the delivery and she confirmed she will. She entered the property, walked around, did nothing. She was there for collection. My gardener was there. When I asked him to collect the parcel there was nothing! Mind you takealot tried to send someone else to collect the parcel in the morning and I had told them to re-schedule as I wasnt there. They did not listen! Sent another person, who was already in the estate, gained ******* access to my property pretending that it was for delivery that I was expecting and delivered nothing!

This is unacceptable
