****en pathetic!

First I order a hoverboard for my son and its a faulty other board. Then I want a replacement. Then get told there is no replacement product then I request a refund in my bank account. But no takelot accounts gets refunded!!!! I order another hoverboard and guess what I get.. I ****ed up second hand one with scratches and its broken! With the previous person knee guards still in the box! I better get refunded in my bank account this time because Takelot has just lost a client!
