Empty takealot box

I received an empty takealot box. The item ordered did not arrived. I inquired with takealot customer service and still haven't received any sort of feedback. It's been a 7 days since I heard from the customer service team. No communication what's so ever. They only acknowledges my first inquiry. Nothing is been down about my delivery. I've paid cash for something that is not received. I'm ready disappointed with the type of service received from this delivery company.
