Empty radio box sent

I bought a few things at takealot only to receive my package with an empty box of the radio....I tried calling them and all I got was they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and my gift needed to leave tonight but of course they dont care....all I got was a whole lot of questions as if this was my problem and that I caused it....and they will log the request and they will collect it and then send the other one...not worried what happens to my arrangements that I had....when they take your money they take it immediately but the fault is on their side then they got so many stories....
