Empty Promises on Deliveries

I am so disappointed with the empty promises Takealot makes with regards to their deliveries and readiness of stock. I am currently on the apparently amazing 'TakealotMORE' for which I pay R99 a month for 'quicker and free delivery', but so far I have not gotten any benefit for this service. The orders are still dependent on the availability of the items in certain areas (JHB,CPT,DBN). All items need to be in the same area for the order to be delivered on the same day/next day. Even with this check done before I placed my order, the order was still only going to arrive today (17 June), which is 7 days later than order place date. Yesterday I received a notification that the same order has now been postponed yet another week and will only be delivered on the 23rd of June; even though all the items showed in stock in JHB at the time of my order being placed. Stop making promises you can't keep!
