Empty promises - Cant cope with their deliveries

<p>Each time i purchase something on takealot.com they have trouble with delivering my purchases on time, its always late and they are forever making empty promises. I do not stay in a major city so can understand a bit of delay but recieving parcels days after the promised 2-3 weeks delivery time is not acceptable. The items say shipped within 2-4 days only to find out on the day your delivery is meant to be that the supplier is out of stock. But when you look on the website it says nothing about being out of stock. They cannot keep up the pace,and they do not go out of their way to make things right. I am always buying from them but i think that it will have to stop as driving 200km to my nearest town to purchase items myself will be quicker than what they promise! Very bad service takealot.com! I ordered this product on 29 July 2016 and always do payment immediately..learn to keep your customers happy</p>
