Empty promises and wrong deliveries!

I have ordered a couple of items from them. one they delivered the wrong product and when contacted, no solution and the review stating that they had delivered the wrong item, was not allowed by takealot!!! I also ordered another product and paid for same day delivery to only receive my package 2 days later. I am as I am writing this waiting for another package that was supposed to be delivered today. People change their schedules and take off from work to accommodate these deliveries. but takealot keeps dropping the ball. What a terrible reputation they are busy building for themselves!!!
