Empty promises and UNRELIABLE !!!

<p>They promised delivery on the 23rd but never delivered my Christmas gift to my husband.</p> <p>I sent numerous emails to which they NEVER responded! When I phoned them they said "sorry, maybe we will deliver by the 28th??</p> <p>I told them we will not be home and are going on holiday and want my delivery today, but instead of solving the problem Robin only said "We understand that it was a Christmas gift but the 23rd have passed now, we can give you your money back since you want it so desperately"</p> <p> </p> <p>Terribly experience - I wil never ever make use of them again - UNRELIABLE!</p>
