Empty promises

I placed an order online and received an sms that the delivery will be done on the 9th of December which did not materialize, I received a WhatsApp message from the delivery guy saying, " Hi, I'm Jayan from Takealot" and this was at 16:55. I responded same way as he greeted and said "Hi". He then wrote again, " Hey" "Please call me". I felt this was so unprofessional and decided not to contact him. Yesterday I received another sms telling me that my order will be delivered on the 10th of December by 17:00, I waited at the office until 17:10 and received no phone call nor messages. This morning when I tracked my parcel there's a message that I wasn't available which is a lie- no one attempted to make any contact with me. I am still waiting for my order and am so frustrated as this has been paid for already.
