Empty promises

Horrible. Logged a return for my Galaxy watch on the 28th of Sept 2020. According to their 21 day promise, i should have been refunded by 19 Oct as they had not repaired my watch by then. They do not provide any feedback. I call them daily. Today after my umpteenth call to them, they finally say that it has been sent for repairs yesterday. More than 21 days after it was returned! And 2 days after their 21 day promise expired! They now say they do not have stock to replace it yet their website and app both show that it is indeed in stock. Their 21 day promise is utter bull****. They r ***** and not to be trusted.
