Empty promises

Ever since take a lot introduced paying for delivery when you choose free delivery you get the worst service ever. 3 consecutive days I have been getting sms and calls that my goods will be delivered but with no success. I have to pay someone daily to sit in the house and they fail to deliver. They such an inconvenience shame.
